Greek salad

I once ate a real Greek Salad in Santorini and it was absolutely heaven. It's still one of my favourite salads. Today I enjoyed a homemade one with Australian ingredients which was very refreshing with the 38 degrees Celcius we had today.

INGREDIENTS:

Ripe tomato, cherry tomatoes or semi dried tomatoes

Cucumber

Black olives

Feta cheese

Red onion

Sea salt

Fresh dill

Red wine vinegar

Extra virgin olive oil

Dried oregano

Put everything together and adjust the flavours as needed.
